What is the difference between Physical distancing, Quarantine and Isolation?

Physical distancing (Social Distancing) is simply maintaining a certain amount of space from people outside your home. It aids the slowing down of a disease’s spread. Some measures carried out in Physical distancing include staying at home, refraining from outings unless absolutely necessary and no-contact meetings.
